Well, Cory and the "crew" have continued to move ahead............the weather has not stopped them for more than an hour here and there. It's been awhile since I've posted but the changes are evident from all the new pictures, it doesn't even seem like the same house anymore. It's not I suppose, it's just a shell of it's former self! :o)
Hopefully my link works (clicking the picture is a link :o)) but if not click through to our pictures using the old link below. Next week will be full of work for several different crews; framing, trusses and roofing....oh, my!! :o)
Now Cory and I just have to find time to be able to go and pick out what kind and color shingles we want!!
Kordosky Remodel Project
Hello again Kordosy household... Im still following your blogg.. I really enjoy following your project, we dont really talk alot so it lets me know whats going on with everything!!! I read that you and Cory are going to pick out color of shingles, are you doing them all over the house or just the top of the house?? Just wondering.. ;-) Hopefully the rain stops for the workers, but doesnt get too hot!!! Its suppose to be a pretty decent weekend so hopefully alot gets done!!! Please dont forget that we are only a phone call away if you need ANY help or if Cory would like another mans hand with anything to call Jason as well... Again, good luck with everything and im thinking of you all!!! Can you reply back to any of my comments?? If you can, reply back to one so I know you are getting them!!! Also, remember im the coolest cause im STILL the only follower... LOL... ;-)
ReplyDeleteHey you!! The shingles we needed to pick were for the roof. As you can see from the new pictures, we made a choice! :o) Looks good huh? Obviously the rain hasn't stopped, we're hoping the weather man will be right for this weekend though and bring us some sunshine. We sincerly appreciate the offer of help. Right now the only thing that I can think of that someone could possibly help with is major clean up. There is lumber, debris and general CRAP everywhere and it is currently nearly covering the entire patio. It's making it hard for them to move lumber back and forth and no room really to set up cutting stations and also for KK to even drive her wheelchair when they ARE at the house. I think Cory is also going to need some help soon actually to do some painting and covering the house in that Tyvek house wrap stuff. Next week the plumbers and window crews are coming in and after that will be the electrical. ANYWHO.......I have gotten your comments and I'm glad you did them b/c then I know that someone is interested at least! :o) Talk to you soon........love you guys! <3 xoxo
